Well, we know that since a few months, singapore has stated a new rule that is tanks must be filled 3/4 full before entry into our neighbouring country,malaysia.. However, usually, typical singaporeans will pump their oil tanks to full before returning back to singapore... Wonder why? Because the oil prices are much more cheaper... But have you seen any worst actions to force the oil into the cars? Bet you havent ..
